Because the host's core business already covers rent, fit-out and overheads, renters pay less than purpose-built venues charge.

## Business Model

ShareRight charges a simple 5% platform fee on completed bookings - no subscriptions, no listing fees. Owners receive 95% of the listing price. No upfront costs for hosts or renters. ShareRight is not a GST-registered entity, so no GST is charged.

Hosts list only their idle capacity - the quiet days, the empty desks, the unused rooms. They keep listing on other platforms for their core business. ShareRight is just for the gaps.

## Why Spaces Cost Less

ShareRight spaces come from businesses whose core work (law, fitness, medicine, hospitality, tech) already covers their rent, fit-out and overheads. Rental income is a bonus for them, not the main game - so prices are genuinely lower than purpose-built rental operators.
